Natalia Salinas se destaca atualmente como uma referência da nova geração de regentes de orquestra na Argentina. Ela desenvolve uma carreira ativa e em constante expansão, consolidando uma sólida reputação em diferentes continentes.

Ela regeu algumas das principais orquestras da Argentina, Brasil, México, Uruguai e Chile. Desde o início de sua carreira, demonstra grande afinidade pelo repertório lírico, razão pela qual sua atuação profissional inclui também trabalhos com as principais casas de ópera da Argentina: Teatro Colón e Teatro Argentino de La Plata – casa onde atuou como regente assistente entre 2015 e 2017, e onde fez sua estreia operística em 2016 com Così fan tutte, de W.A. Mozart, regendo solistas nacionais e internacionais.

Natalia Salinas se destaca por “sua grande vitalidade e marca pessoal no pódio, alcançando performances de alta qualidade”. (Salatino, 2019)

Desde 2019, reside na França e começou a expandir sua atuação na Europa, tendo recebido convites para participar como regente convidada em festivais e teatros na França, Alemanha, Suíça, Áustria e Itália, abrangendo repertório sinfônico e operístico, além de primeiras incursões no balé.

Em 2023, Natalia Salinas recebeu o prêmio de Regente Consagrada de Orquestra, concedido pelo Prêmio Nacional de Música Clássica da Argentina. Em 2021, Natalia Salinas foi premiada pela Associação de Críticos Musicais da Argentina com o Prêmio Artista Revelação como Regente de Orquestra e indicada ao Prêmio de Estreia Argentina de Obras de Compositores Estrangeiros. No mesmo ano, foi selecionada como finalista no Concurso Internacional de Regência Lanyi de 2021.

Em 2022, Natalia Salinas foi responsável pela direção musical do grande oratório TURBAE ad Passionem Gregorianam op. 43, de Alberto Ginastera, com mais de 200 pessoas em palco, após a obra ter sido apresentada pela única vez na Argentina em 1980, na presença do compositor. Natalia Salinas, para este concerto considerado "histórico" pela imprensa, contou com o apoio da Editora Boosey & Hawkes, da Fundação Paul Sacher (Suíça) e da filha do compositor, Georgina Ginastera. Este evento teve grande repercussão na imprensa nacional e latino-americana, por ser uma novidade, não só por se tratar de uma obra raramente executada em todo o mundo, mas também pela qualidade do resultado, uma peça que demonstra desde o primeiro momento um elevado nível de complexidade para a orquestra, os coros, os solistas e, simultaneamente, para a regente. Durante a temporada de 2023, Natalia Salinas foi convidada pelo Teatro Colón, na Argentina, como regente assistente de seu então diretor musical e como regente convidada para conduzir produções de ópera de câmara. Em outubro, fez sua estreia à frente da Orquestra Filarmônica de Buenos Aires.

Ainda em 2023, além de compromissos com orquestras na Argentina e no Chile, estreou no México com a Orquestra do Estado do México e, em outubro, regeu ópera na Itália pela primeira vez no Teatro delle Muse, em Ancona.

Em 2022, estreou na Suíça no Teatro de St. Gallen, na temporada 2021/22, com a ópera Maria de Buenos Aires, de Astor Piazzolla, com quem também teve compromissos para a temporada 2022/23 em um projeto de balé. Em 2022, também estreou com orquestras no Uruguai e no Brasil.

Em 2021, fez sua estreia operística na Europa, na Áustria, no Taschenopernfestival (Festival de Ópera de Bolso) de Salzburgo, à frente da estreia mundial da ópera "Der Kuss", de Wolfgang Mitterer. No mesmo ano, estreou-se na Alemanha, regendo a Orquestra Filarmônica de Magdeburg e trabalhando pela primeira vez com o Muskifabrik Ensemble.

Atualmente, cursa um doutorado franco-alemão em Regência Orquestral na Universidade de Estrasburgo, na Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin (HEAR) e na Hochschule für Musik Freiburg, dedicado à obra do compositor argentino Alberto Ginastera. Concluiu um mestrado em regência com especialização em música dos séculos XX e XXI na Universidade de Estrasburgo e na HEAR, na França. Em 2020, foi contemplada com uma bolsa integral da Universidade Nacional Autônoma do México para o primeiro Diploma em Compositores Latino-Americanos.

Também é licenciada em Direção de Orquestra pela Universidade Nacional de La Plata e formada como pianista no Conservatório Provincial de Música de Santa Cruz, na Argentina.
