Aníbal Mancini é um tenor lírico, conhecido pela agilidade de suas coloraturas, pela beleza de seu timbre, pela riqueza de seu fraseado e pelas interpretações precisas.
Recentemente, apresentou-se no Teatro Comunale di Bologna como Don Ramir na ópera La Cenerentola, no Teatro Civico de Castello em Cagliari como Narciso na ópera L'Ape Musicale, no Teatro Municipal de São Paulo como Ferrando na ópera "Così fan tutte", no Teatro Solís em Montevidéu como Almaviva na ópera "O Barbeiro de Sevilha", no Festival Amazonas de Ópera como Acis na ópera "Acis e Galatea", no Teatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro e no Teatro São Pedro na ópera "Dom Quixote" de Massenet (Rodriguez). Outras apresentações incluem "O Messias " de Handel no Teatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro e no Palácio das Artes de Belo Horizonte, o concerto de gala de Rossini, "O Noivado no Mosteiro" de Prokofiev ( Antonio ), "Falstaff" de Verdi ( Fenton ), "La Donna Del Lago" de Rossini ( Uberto ), "O Barbeiro de Sevilha" de Rossini ( Conde Almaviva), "La Donna Del Lago" de Rossini (Uberto), "O Barbeiro de Sevilha" de Rossini (Conde Almaviva ), "La Donna Del Lago" de Rossini (Uberto). "Gianni Schicchi" ( Rinuccio ).
Ele também cantou a ópera "O Menino e a Liberdade" ( Rapaz ) de Ronaldo Miranda, deu vida ao papel de Hipólito na estreia mundial da ópera "Fedra e Hipólito" de Christopher Park no Palácio das Artes de Belo Horizonte, participou da ópera-concerto "L'oro non compra amore" de Marcos Portugal e interpretou árias de Rossini no concerto "Noite do Bel Canto" com a OSB Ópera e Repertório no Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro.
Seu repertório também inclui "Dido e Eneias" de Purcell, "Uma Mão de Ponte" de S. Barber, "Matinas de Natal" de JM Nunes Garcia, Cantatas de JS Bach, "Il Tabarro" (Tinca), "Pigmalião" de Rameau e muito mais.
Aníbal foi um dos vencedores do 11º Concurso Maria Callas em 2011 e, em 2013, foi nomeado Revelação Lírica pelo Blog Ópera e Ballet.
